1. ACCEPTANCE & ACCOUNT RELATION
By creating an account on DMARCADE, you agree to comply with our billing policies and domain monitoring terms.
You must only configure DNS reports or check status for domains that you own or have explicit authorization to manage. Impersonating other organizations or monitoring unauthorized domains is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account suspension.
2. FEES & RENEWALS
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection.
All plans begin with a transparent trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period concludes, you will be billed for the selected plan tier. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are managed directly from your dashboard billing settings.
3. SERVICE LEVEL & LIMITATIONS
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime rate for our report ingestion endpoints.
DMARCADE parses reports delivered by external mail servers (like Google or Yahoo). We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures on the side of reporting mail servers. All services are provided "as is."
