1. DATA WE COLLECT
We process domain authentication metadata generated when remote email servers deliver emails sent from your domain name.
This metadata includes DMARC XML reports containing: sending IP addresses, message volume, SPF/DKIM verification check statuses, and delivering mail server identities. We do not collect email body content or recipient headers.
2. HOW WE USE DATA
Your data is solely used to populate your analytics dashboards and send configuration warning notifications.
We never share, sell, or monetize your parsed reports or DNS configurations. Only our automated analysis engine accesses this data to determine DMARC alignment status.
3. SECURITY & RETENTION
Parsed aggregate report details are automatically pruned or anonymized after 90 days of storage.
Data storage nodes reside in isolated databases secured with AES-256 state encryption at rest, protected by strict firewall tables.
